Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

For products provided in electronic form (gift vouchers, membership passes, or other vouchers delivered by e-mail), the consumer acknowledges that:

• the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided or the voucher has been redeemed;

• if the voucher or membership pass has already been used (or partially used), withdrawal is only possible to the extent of the unused portion of the service.
