Vouchers constitute digital content supplied without a physical medium and are delivered exclusively in electronic form to the buyer’s e-mail address in PDF format.
Courses, training sessions, children’s activities, and reservation services are governed by separate terms, conditions, and operational rules published on the website or within the reservation system.
An order placed through the website constitutes a proposal for concluding a purchase contract.
The purchase contract is concluded when the operator confirms the order by e-mail.
